ABOUT AMY
Be the best version of you!
The seed of yoga was planted early in her teen years by Amy’s Mother. Her Mother considering it an appropriate life skill to help Amy through the stress and pressure that come at that age. The yoga seed slowly grew to fruition, and as she continued to practice, Amy began to find a place of inner peace and self-confidence that she felt compelled to share.
Being a Primary school teacher, it was natural that she began to share her yogic knowledge with her pupils. Amy’s pupils enjoyed her fun and dynamic kids yoga classes which combined the medium of storytelling with mindfulness techniques and yoga poses. Amy believes in bringing out every child’s unique character and in her Kid’s Yoga classes she aims to create a safe and harmonious environment for children to share and grow together.
Amy felt compelled to understand more of the deep science of Yoga and on a trip to India she finally completed 500 hrs. yoga training with Guru Mahi of ‘Mahi Yoga’. This was a trip that would change her life and after completion of the course she returned to the U.K. ready to change profession and lifestyle.
Amy has taught hot Vinyasa flow yoga for the British fitness franchise ‘Hot Pod Yoga’. As well as holding Hatha Yoga classes and private Yoga sessions.
In 2016 under Mahi’s careful guidance she began the transition to yoga trainer. Guiding new yogis on their journey to Yoga Teacher in the international setting.
Amy is known for her intuitive instruction; combining both subtle and physical guidance for her students to experience the holistic benefits of a yoga practice. She loves to guide flow yoga combing the meditative qualities of movement with introspective moments that allow students to access their own inner guide. Amy understands the deep benefits of yoga and implements an alignment approach in her classes; giving modifications, using props and hands on adjustment making sure that each practitioner is safe and happy. Amy aims to help her students reconnect with themselves, re-energize and restore.

GENTLE VINYASA FLOW
60 minute sessions suitable for all abilities.
A Slow flowing, yoga class.
Focused on combining breath with movement
Creates a detoxing heating effect in the body and a meditative state of mind.
We focus on mobilising the joints and encouraging healthy movement patterns for life.
Classes will include breath work, a physical practice (focusing on strength and flexibility) and a meditation/relaxation.
HATHA YOGA
60 or 90 minute sessions suitable for all abilities.
A traditional yoga practice that focuses on holding each pose in stillness.
classes will include breath work, a physical practice (focusing on strength and flexibility) and a meditation/relaxation.
Specific areas of the body and particularly injuries or conditions can be worked with and focused on.
AERIAL YOGA
This class is currently only available in India!

YIN YOGA

PRENATAL YOGA
Pre-natal Yoga classes are gentle flowing yoga classes for mothers 12 weeks +pregnant all the way to birth.
Benefits include: relieving tension, aches and pains and relaxation techniques for mother and baby, connecting with baby in the womb, breathing techniques and positions for the birthing process.

MUM AND BABY
for babies form birth to crawling
gentle stretching/strengthening yoga with baby
practice on your own if baby is asleep

PARENT AND CHILD YOGA
For parents and children between crawling and 3 years old
these are fun classes good for socialising and a little bit of yoga
children can be free roaming/playing in the space and can join in the yoga when they want to
Adults can practice yoga, be climbed on by their child, take care of their child as needed and get to know other parents.

CHILDREN'S YOGA
Yoga for children from 4 to 7 years
30 minutes session
including yoga poses, breath awareness and meditation techniques
classes are fun and dynamic using stories and games to promote wellbeing and mindfulness
